For students from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), and Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (Thei), broadening their regional coverage for career opportunities beyond Hong Kong is now as easy as logging in to UC.NOW’s Online GBA Career Month from September 25 to November 30, 2024.
The 2024 Fall Edition of this exclusive event runs concurrent with other school-organized by career activities, and brings together over 1,400+ vacancies in 300+ unique job positions covering full-time, part-time and internships vacancies, specially opted in from 60+ large enterprises located in GBA and other provinces in Mainland China. This one-of-its-kind opportunity enables students to fact-find about the vast career potential that GBA and beyond has to offer, juxtaposed with opportunities from notable Hong Kong employers.

In alignment with the Hong Kong SAR’s announced focus on education, technology, and talent development going forward, this edition of Online Careers Month has a strong STEM focus, and covers as many as 50 different industries from information technology, engineering, medicine, new energy to education and fast-moving consumer goods, thus ensuring that students with different disciplines and expertise can find development opportunities that are solid matches for their taught disciplines, interests and skills.
Key to “Nurture Talent” is more than helping them amass a blend of academic achievements and work experience, but also to provide them with multiple pathways to navigate towards a successful career as they enter the workforce after graduation. WiseSpot will continue to contribute by seeking more specially opted-in and relevant job & internship opportunities for future editions of Online GBA Career Month. We will also seek collaboration with Hong Kong’s tertiary education institutions to provide access to their students.

由今年9月25日至11月30日，來自香港中文大學、香港理工大學及香港高等教育科技學院的學生只須網上簡單登入，即可以隨時隨地參與UC.NOW GBA Career Month 網上求職月，發掘香港本地以外的龐大就業機會。
是次秋季網上求職月活動，有幸得到超過60家大灣區大型企業的參與和支持，吸引了多間香港大專院校一同參與，配合校方舉辦的其他職涯規劃及招聘活動，讓其在校學生解鎖大灣區及內地其他省市所企業提供的超過300個職位合共1,400個空缺，涵蓋全職、兼職及實習工作。部分國內僱主更有派員參與個別大學的實體招聘會活動，與本地學生面對面交流，讓同學可更深入地了瞭解國內企業對各方面人才的要求及看法。求職月平台7 × 24均可登入，讓年輕人才可以跟隨個人步伐，規劃畢業後的青雲路。
為配合國家及香港走向教育、科技和人才一體化發展，今次求職月以STEM導向為主，涉獵包括資訊科技、工程、醫藥、新能源以至快速消費品等高達50個行業範疇，讓修讀不同學科、擁有不同專長的學生都能夠在求職月之中找到相應的發展機會。
說到培育人才，除了關注他們的學術成就和工作經驗之外，能夠提供一個機會讓學生在畢業後，可以接觸到更廣闊、更遠大、更多元化的就業市場及機遇是重中之重。未來，WiseSpot除繼續與技術供應商UC.NOW攜手強化網上求職月平台的易用性及功能性外，亦同時會尋求與更多國內企業合作，既為本港學生帶來更多樣化的跨地域就業機會，亦可作為渠道，讓內地企業可了解香港年輕人才的質素及專業。
